Changes resulting from a traumatic brain injury (TBI) can be incredibly challenging, and describing these changes—to yourself or others—can be very difficult. One notable area often impacted by a TBI is one's cognitive abilities, or processes that help us think, understand, learn, remember, problem-solve, and make decisions.

The TBI Cognitive Skills Assessment aims to identify your current cognitive strengths and weaknesses and estimate potential cognitive decline related to your TBI. This process can help illuminate and describe cognitive changes and better explain your experience to yourself and others. Results are put into a report for your knowledge and can be distributed to other providers if desired.
