I provide counseling--remote and in person--for TEENS and ADULTS that is evidence based, compassionate, and collaborative. Our work together will not only tackle your current concerns but also equip you with the skills to continue building a life centered on your values long after our work together ends.

Mental Health

Counseling

Mental health counseling provides a safe, collaborative, and confidential space to work through challenging experiences, gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and others, and work toward desired change. I have extensive education, training, and professional experience in addressing a wide range of mental health concerns with both adults and teens.

I consider it a privilege and honor to accompany you on your journey towards becoming your ideal self as you share a vulnerable side that we often don't share with others or avoid facing ourselves.

Mental Health

Counseling for Athletes

While athletes sometimes try to deny it, they are human too and face both common and unique challenges. With my sport and performance psychology training and experiences, I can bring into our work specific knowledge of athlete environments and related stressors or barriers, sport metaphors that are relatable, and a potential connection through sports. Just like you strengthen your body, I will help strengthen your mind toward your overall well-being.

Injury/Chronic Pain

Counseling

No matter how small, an injury or pain can have a profound impact on one's life. It can be difficult to adjust to and challenge all aspect of our life including our understanding of who we are.

I can assist with processing an injury, building motivation and confidence, finding meaning, feeling confident when returning to activities, implementing pain management strategies, and engaging in your values even when you are unable to pursue what you enjoy.

Group

Counseling

The Injured Athlete Group: The group offers emotional and practical support for athletes recovering from injuries. It provides a space to share experiences, acquire new skills, access resources, and receive encouragement from peers who understand the unique challenges of injury and rehabilitation. The group aims to foster resilience, meaning, and a supportive network to aid athletes on their journey to recovery and beyond.

- High school or adult specific groups available

Career

Counseling

If you're struggling to find your career path, seek meaning in your work, or navigate a transition, career counseling could be beneficial.

I can help you identify your interests, skills, values, and personality traits to find a career that suits you. Additionally, I offer support with practical aspects of work such as job searching, resume writing, interview preparation, and networking strategies. My ultimate goal is to empower you to make informed choices that lead to a fulfilling and successful career while balancing your personal aspirations and work/life demands.
